What are the delivery methods, times, and costs?
Standard shipping is free. Orders are processed from Monday to Friday. Orders are shipped within 48 to 72 hours, excluding weekends and public holidays. Delivery time depends on the selected shipping method but is usually 7 to 14 business days.

Why are delivery times longer during the holiday season?
To prepare for the holiday season, we’ve expanded our team to increase our production and shipping capacity.
Our team is doing its best, but depending on order volume, we may need a little more time than usual during this period.

How can I track my order?

Can I modify or cancel my order?
Order contents cannot be modified. If you need to change your delivery address or cancel your order, please contact us. If your order is still being prepared, we will do our best to accommodate your request.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect?
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Send us a photo of the products and the issue at contact@aydier.com. We’ll work together to find a solution as quickly as possible.
You have 14 days from the delivery date to exercise your right of withdrawal (refund). To be eligible, returned items must be undamaged, unused, and sent back in their original packaging, complete and in the same condition as delivered. Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense.
