We stand behind every product we ship. If you're not fully satisfied, you can return items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Eligibility

Standard Returns

Items in their original, unused condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Eligible unused items may also be exchanged within 30 days. Items must be in their original packaging and free from signs of use, damage, or alteration. For standard returns or exchanges that are not caused by our error, return shipping and return labels are the customer's responsibility. We do not charge restocking fees.

How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at contact@aydier.com within 30 days of delivery.
  2. Include your order number and the reason for the return or exchange.
  3. We will respond within 24 hours with return or exchange instructions and, if approved, the return shipping address.
  4. After approval, pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it back using a trackable method. For standard returns and exchanges, return shipping and labels are the customer's responsibility. We provide or reimburse return shipping only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
  5. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 10 business days.

Timeframes

  • 30 days from delivery for unused items
  • 30 days from delivery to report defective or damaged items
  • Within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item

Defective or Damaged Items

If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect, is damaged in transit, or contains an incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and attach a clear photo of the issue. We will send a replacement at no charge or issue a full refund. You choose. We cover replacement shipping and provide or reimburse return shipping for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

Refund Method

All approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Depending on your bank, the credit may take additional time to appear on your statement. We do not charge restocking fees and do not issue refunds in the form of store credit unless specifically requested. This policy does not limit any statutory consumer rights.
