Shipping is free. Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Orders are shipped within 48 to 72 hours, excluding weekends and public holidays. Delivery times then depend on the shipping method selected. They usually range from 7 to 14 business days.

Returns

You have fourteen days from the delivery date to exercise your right of withdrawal (refund). This right can be exercised provided the returned products have not been damaged or used, and are returned in their original packaging, complete, and in the same condition as delivered.

Usage

  • When using your knife, always choose a wooden cutting surface (wooden board).
  • Use a well-sharpened knife. We recommend sharpening it regularly, ideally once a week.

Cleaning

  • Wipe your Aydier knife with a sponge or damp cloth after each use.
  • Never put your Aydier knives in the dishwasher.

Storage

  • After cleaning, store the knife in a dry place, ideally in a stable position such as on a knife holder or magnetic strip.
